Dan has overseen numerous architecturally awarded projects during his 15 years working with private practice; leading projects through concept design to build outcome. An accomplished designer and recognized project lead in both NSW and Tasmania. His time spent refining prototypes, collaborating with contractors and guest critiquing reflects his interest in the theoretical, technical, and practical aspects of architecture. He has a rigorous attention to detail. He promotes learning by making processes in architectural practice and fosters a collaborative project environment. Dan is an advocate for social and environmental change through architectural process - emphasis on genuine community engagement and education through design.

Prior to establishing M A N A, Dan was a founding member of DFJ Architects in Byron Bay and an Associate for his last 5 years with them.
